If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

  • Photos of the package (if damaged)
  • Description of the issue

Our team will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.


Delivery Availability

Currently, Clenzo™ ships across most locations in India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and provide a refund if payment has already been made.
